Penix won’t start this year unless Kirk gets injured, but I think he’ll be a solid franchise QB of the future for us. I’m not panicking, it was a weak and sloppy game for the Falcons, but we’re still in good position, next week’s game in Tampa is huge. I think we’re fine.

Chiefs up 7-3 on the Niners, been a defensive struggle overall.
