Yeah, lets not get too cocky here. Rogers actually did beat us last year. The NFL and replacement refs took it away from him. I'm not complaining, just stating a fact.

I think the Clink is the hardest place in the NFL to win at, but its not like its automatic.
No, it's not automatic, but we did sack him 8 times. I like our chances anytime this team can sack the opposing QB 8 times. Also, the "fact" is we were awarded another tally in the W column while the Packers took another in the L. That is a fact. Anything else is speculation and we've had enough speculation on the GB game, I think.

And to be clear, of course I don't think it's impossible to lose at home, David_son, but you make it sound like it's a foregone conclusion that it'll happen and soon. I counter with the evidence that 10 teams have tried and 0 have succeeded. It's not that far out of the realm of comprehension that Seattle runs the table at home (again, mind you) since they have proven how close to impossible it is to beat them there in the last 2 years.

No I said it might not be such a smooth ride to the Super Bowl if you get home field and there are QBs in the NFC that could deal with the pressure and the noise, but that doesnt mean you will lose Im just saying that there are teams the wont fold as easy as your normal teams that you play in the regular season.

Obviously if Seattle does get homefield advantage through the playoffs it strengthens their chances of making the Superbowl. It does not guarantee it though. Any given Sunday is not just a fun saying but one that can hold true. Throw in the fact that we are very very early in the season so far so no telling what kind of injuries, bad coaching calls, and just bad decisions by players will happen.

Look at last year with how fast the Texans started out and everybody thought for a while they were the team to beat at least in the AFC and they just crumbled as the season progressed from injuries. I like what I have seen from the Broncos and Seahawks and it helps knowing they both still have key players that are coming back from injuries or suspensions here soon that should make them that much better. Again though both are now missing their pro bowl Left Tackles and you just never know who else might go down possibly because they are missing (knock on wood).

Last year us Hawk fans were very excited about the Hawks but the deluge of Niners and GreenBay and Patriot fans drowned us out,yah we were upset because we could not even show ppl who we were.

Now you know.

??? last year, the Seahawks were 4-4 coming into November, and 3 of those wins were by four points or less. But the Seahawks were the talk of the town ever since then, going 8-1 (including a 42-13 beat down of the 49ers) before losing a great game in Atlanta, barely missing the NFC Championship. After that game, one of the national talking heads said Seattle reminds him of the early 90s Cowboys at the beginning of becoming the dynasty of the 90s. That was 8 months ago, so I have no idea where you are getting this "now people now we are good" nonsense when everybody has been raving about the Seahawks being the cream of the crop for at least 8 months. I think Seattle has a good shot at becoming America's team with those bad ass new uniforms and all that young exciting talent. but the classless and immature way Seattle fans are acting have people quickly disliking the team. it's ironic that the 12th man are the ones dragging their team's reputation down with their childness, arrogance, and by just acting like all-around unlikable jackasses.

Im pretty sure he won Super Bowl MVP and if they would have scored on that drive I believe it would have been a tied game against the Saints.

That being said I agree if I am going to be selecting a QB to go though the Playoffs with I am going with Rodgers Brees or Brady.

Give me Brady any day of the week and twice on sunday

Ill go out on a limb for the sake of fun and say Bears vs Chiefs. Chiefs win and Alex tells all the experts who calls him a game manager to go **** themselves...

It probably won't be both the #1 seeds. That doesn't seem to happen these days.

Probably more like Seattle vs. New England, even though it feels like NE shouldn't make it this season.

The Patriots would be very lucky to make it to the Superbowl........but.......everything depends on the weather. Bengals are a bad road team and if the weather in Foxboro is bad, it's advantage Pats. That means that the Chargers lose to the Bengals. If the Chargers win, then the Patriots get KC or Indy. No contest. Neither plays in extreme cold or snow.

The AFC Championship should be Pats v Broncs in Denver. Sadly, Denver will be entering the winter season and Manning is not a foul weather football player. Rain, snow, sleet or freezing temps have been PM's downfall. The NFL wants him to do so well that they've already made Superbowl cancellation plans if the weather is bad in New York on Superbowl Sunday. That's right, they may just move the game to Monday.

Wouldn't it be great for Carolina and San Diego to be playing in 25 degree weather in a snowstorm for this Superbowl??

The Broncos will lose to KC in the divisional round, which means that the winner of NE and Cincy will get home field for the change to go to the Superbowl. I predict Cincy over KC to play Seattle
