Sickening 24 hours. The two teams I most wanted to win lost in similar manners. Both outplayed their opponent for much of the game, but was always uncomfortable. And then both fatally missed a FG.

Early in the game when the Bills looked good, they were running the ball and controlling the LOS on offense .. and they things changed ... I know Buffalo has had some good seasons, stats wise, running the ball, but it just doesn;t seem as if that team is put together right, all things considered

When a QB runs the ball a lot, it skews the stats as far as what looks like a "running team" .. Playing in Buffalo could be a huge advantage as far as January football, but the Bills identity seems to rely on Josh Allen's arm and the fading-fast Stefon Diggs - when it sure seems as if the team would dominate if it were put together more like the SB era Seahawks with a Marshawn Lynch approach ...

You CANNOT have your QB as the leading rusher in a playoff game - esp a close game - and expect to win

Every NFL team has guys who run hard, but make that a point of interest / strong point when you play in Buffalo ... and put a D out there that has an identity, too ...

I don;t know how much gas Derick Henry has left in the tank, but you put Mike Vrabel and Derick Henry in Buffalo, use the conditions to your advantage - 4 yards and a cloud of snow

I hated the outcome, but you could see it coming .. esp when Scott Norwood, errr, I mean Tyler Bass nearly missed the first extra point

Frustrating to watch as some who wanted to see KC lose ... I can imagine Bills fans had flashbacks with that missed FG

And yeah, we definitely just squeaked by and I was tearing my hair out, but I'll take the win...

And yet ANOTHER honestly, I already know that Baltimore will be a tough row to hoe. We ain't taking these guys with less than our 'A'game as I've stated on the NFL board...

Yesterday was painful though .. Aside from the NFL, my sis is big on Fanduel .. She loves her $1 bets ... She called and told me that she had a $25 credit from FD, but it had to be used on one bet .... I kneejerk said "bet the correct score of the Nugs and Wizards, 113-104" .. She said that wasn;t offered and took the closest one at 113-106 .....

It would have been a $12,500 payout

The Bills dropped more balls, especially game breaking deep balls than the Chiefs. In reality the Bills dominated time of possession, were better on 3rd down, 4th down, etc... but had some big misses at critical times where the Chiefs made crucial plays, albeit aided by the refs as usual, but credit to Mahomes. Dude doesn't blink.

I'm ok with either remaining NFC team. I don't have any dislike for the 49ers at all, and I'd like to see the Lions reach their first SB. I've never liked the Ravens, and the Chiefs, well they're the Chiefs. Since one of them has to win, I am hoping the Ravens obliterate the Chiefs, but in turn are beat in the Super Bowl.
