A good coach tailors his game plans based on the strengths of his players. He also tries to minimize their weaknesses. He doesn’t come in hot trying to publicly humble his best players. That’s what Payton did.

I think Russ and Payton are prima donna's/high maintenance. I think Russ was having a pretty good year. I don't know who the prospective owner that supposedly reached out to Payton are but glad it didn't happen. In the end this has nothing to do with Washington so I really don't care.

The Legion of Boom and Beast mode took him to those SBs, that's pure fact! From the moment that they went away from what got them there and turned to "let Russ cook" things fell apart, Seattle moved on and now we're pretending that he was their centerpiece. C'mon man!
