The thing is the 49ers took a flyer on a 7th round qb . Why him? 4yr starter at Iowa State . Film on him shows he had some talent but maybe not many elite traits. He showed leadership skills and now with good coaching and talent around him he is giving the team a punchers chance at a superbowl .

My thoughts, holy shit what a comeback by Lawrence who crapped his pants and came back strong.

duke, Doug Peterson deserves credit who deserves credit. Urb sucked like my boy Rhule and Saban sucked too on the NFL level.

Kyle Shanahan, the guy that got away. That boy can coach. Tons of credit to John Lynch too. Of all that got away Kyle was the best and Dan and Bruce fucked that up BAD. I'll forever wish Washington would have traded Cousins to SF.

I liked Lawrence coming out of college. My brother loves to needle me when he thinks I'm wrong on something.

He told me earlier in the season Lawrence was a bust. I pushed back and said it was because of Meyer.

So of course he's blowing my phone up with passive aggressive text messages on the 4th INT.

I responded that Iiked Lawrence.

Radio silence the rest of the night. When Jax won I didn't text him back. I know and love my brother so I decided to let him sit in his disappointment at proving his older brother wrong. Lol

Don't get me wrong, we love each other and we're best friends but he gets off on "I told you so moments" when it comes to the NFL with me.

I went to bed with the biggest shit eating grin on my face knowing I was gonna see him today.

I thought the game was over to be honest. Peterson stuck to his plan and didn't give up on Lawrence. I thought they were going to pull him after pick 4. I have never seen a playoff qb throw 4 picks in a half.
SD has to be heart broken and there has to be numerous questions asked at this point.

Kyle is a top 3 coach period. I think they will take the nfc and head to the super bowl. I want to see the nfc championship be sf and Philly and the afc championship be kc and Buffalo.
