Don't really agree with that maybe if they were role players but they aren't everyone that has been signed are starters

You mean Keenan Allen and yes, that would be a great pickup for Washington. The Chargers are desperate for cap relief and will have to unload at least 2 of Allen, Williams, Bosa, Mack.
