Cam Newton tests positive. Wow.
Snowball gaining momentum. In hindsight, with no preseason, maybe the NFL should have started 2 weeks earlier with planned flexible off weeks built in to the schedule.Cam Newton tests positive. Wow.
It’s not like it wasn’t going to happen. NFL did put in a few contingencies but it’s more likely at this point that some teams will simply play less games. NFL understood this was a possibility. Given the time of year (regular flu season) and the impossibility of playing football in a bubble, NFL was still going to find a way to at least give some games this season.Snowball gaining momentum. Looking more like the season is gonna be cancelled.Hmmmm. Looking more and more like this game is gonna be canceled.
NFL will go as long as possible imo. Too much money at stake.Looking more like the season is gonna be cancelled.

Agree, been saying it all along. Huge risk scenario the way they did it.It’s not like it wasn’t going to happen. Yep. Bug seems to be out of control. Tip of the iceberg ...Looking more like the season is gonna be cancelled.
I'm thinking they want a few days of testing to see if any Other Pats get/have Covid. Without a delay, they get tested today, no test on Sunday then they play. What if on Monday they test and 5 or 6 more pop hot? Then you have to shut down the Pats and Chiefs. Why the fuck are they postponing because Cam has COVID? Just let the Patriots play without Cam and Bill will start another QB who will have some monster/legendary day and then some dumbass team will trade a 1st/2nd for the following year and overpay by $100M.
I don't fuckin' understand.
