Here's my pre combine top-25. This was really, really hard to do and a lot of guys are real close to each other. Hopefully it'll be easier after the combine? Also I'm sure it looks crazy to put some guys in this 25 but I usually have a pretty unorthodox list. Anyways:

1. Andrew Luck, QB, Stanford
2. Matt Kalil, OT, USC
3. Justin Blackmon, WR, Oklahoma St.
4. Courtney Upshaw, LB, Alabama
5. Lamar Miller, RB, Miami
6. Morris Claiborne, CB, LSU
7. David DeCastro, OG, Stanford
8. Trent Richardson, RB, Alabama
9. Devon Still, DT, Penn St.
10. Lavonte David, LB, Nebraska
11. Riley Reiff, OT, Iowa
12. Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M
13. Chase Minnifield, CB, Virginia
14. Luke Kuechly, LB, Boston College
15. Orson Charles, TE, Georgia
16. Michael Brockers, DT, LSU
17. Ronnie Hillman, RB, SDSU
18. Cordy Glenn, OG, Georgia
19. Nick Perry, DE, USC
20. Peter Konz, C, Wisconsin
21. Mohamed Sanu, WR, Rutgers
22. Doug Martin, RB, Boise St.
23. Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi St.
24. David Wilson, RB, Virginia Tech
25. Markelle Martin, S, Oklahoma St.

I didn't realize you didn't like RG3 and are fan of Tannehill. Interesting stuff. Thanks for sharing.

It's not that I don't like RG3. I've been a huge fan of Griffin for the longest. I had him as a 2nd rounder when people had him a 4th rounder. Heading into 2011 he was my pick for the Heisman.

He's moved up some for me as a 2nd rounder, but I don't think he's a top-5 pick like most people think. Just too many questions marks for me to select him that high.

Gotcha. I remember you talking about him a lot throughout the season, so i guess i just assumed you would have him in your top 25. I agree there are a lot of concerns about him. It makes me wonder if a team will do something similar to what the Vikings did last year with Christian Ponder and take a chance on Tannehill early.

For the record I was wrong on Kalil's height earlier when I said people on twitter were calling him 6'6 and that likely meant he was a tick under 6'6. He actually measured 6'6 5/8.

Here are a few other official measurements:

Matt Kalil: 6'6 5/8 - 306 lbs - 34 1/2 inch arm (Listed at 295; The reports were correct recently when they said he had put on weight)

Riley Reiff: 6'5 3/4 - 313 lbs - 33 1/4 inch arm (Listed at 300 lbs in college)

Jonathan Martin: 6'5 3/8 - 312 lbs - 34 inch arm (Listed at 304 lbs in college)

David DeCastro: 6'4 7/8 - 316 lbs - 32 3/4 inch arm (Listed at 310 lbs in college)

Peter Konz: 6'5 even - 314 lbs - 33 inch arm (Listed at 315 lbs in college)

Kevin Zeitler: 6'3 7/8 - 314 lbs - 32 3/4 inch arm (Listed at 315 lbs in college; Down 1 lb since the Senior Bowl)

---------------------------------

Some official TE measurements:

Coby Fleener: 6'6 even - 247 lbs - 33 3/8 inch arm (Listed at 244 lbs in college)

Dwayne Allen: 6'3 1/8 - 255 lbs - 33 inch arm (Same weight as his college listing but he's almost a full inch shorter than he was listed)

DeAngelo Peterson: 6'3 even - 243 lbs - 32 1/2 inch arm (A full inch shorter than his college listing and 8 lbs heavier; 13 lbs heavier since the Senior Bowl)

Ladarius Green: 6'5 3/4 - 238 lbs - 34 1/2 inch arm (Only 2 lbs heavier than his listed playing weight and up 1 lb since the Senior Bowl)

Not great height from this TE class.

Huh?

Fleener, Green & the dude from MizzU are all 6'6. Deangelo Peterson is 6'4. The dude from USC is 6'5 if memory serves.

The shortest TEs are Charles & Allen, who are both around 6'3. 6'3 isn't exactly short.

..Oh didn't scroll down on one of those links. Ok well iy looks like Charles, Egnew (MizzU), & Peterson are all a bit shorter than advertized. Green too by less than half an inch.

Green & Fleener both have really big hands.

Fleener's listed at 247. That makes me feel a little better about him; 240 was a little light for a dude who's 6'6.

247 is still a little light, but I'm sure he'll solidify as he gets older.

OH MY GOSH! THE OL HAND MEASUREMENTS ARE HUGE! Matt Kalil's hands are 34 1/2 inches! I told you all he was a freak. :)

The Niners need to draft at least one of those OL with giant hands. I'll but a dude with 33 inch hands would do great blocking kicks. Heck put 'em in there as pass rushers too. :)
