Probably would have gone into overtime if he went for the first FG. I know it’s his style, but that is basically stupid, to go for it there at that point. Changed momentum of the rest of game. Lions never recovered.

For sure, he was not perfect. He was solid, but notnpart of the problem in that game.

At some point the QB gonna have to throw some TDs. Can’t depend entirely on the running game. The 1 TD he did throw was down 10 moving it against prevent.


He’s a game manager. And a good one when you have a solid Oline

I hope this shuts up the Brock Purdy haters - they love to bash him as a weak QB, as a system QB who’s carried by the talent around him, and that’s total crap - Purdy is a very good QB and he proved it leading this second half comeback, he made some impressive plays and is now in the Super Bowl. Purdy is stellar and is NOT a “system QB” - he was one of the NFL’s best QB’s this year IMO and he’s now in the Super Bowl. The Purdy haters can fuck off.
