lol, he is funny as hell but extremely biased, obviously he's the Bruins play by play guy. Most people hate him for that. He just isn't boring, which I find most to be.

The Islanders had Billy Jaffe as their color analyst before last season. He was unbiasd & told it like it is. Islanders Nation thought he was GREAT!!

Billy's contract came up. MSG had worked out a multi-year deal. Wang nixed it. He didn't want Jaffe back.

Now we have Butch Goring instead. We definately get a more pro Islanders angle from Butch in his color commentary.:sad:

I love(d) Doc. Alot of people say he was biased but I never heard it, especially when any team scores. Chico is just biased towards goalies, Marty or anyone else.

I miss Butch on Hockey Night Live.....HNL, now theres a show the new VS needs.
