Congrats Flyer fans, wasn't pretty but at least they put an end to the losing streak. Another great game by Steve Mason. Clearly the Flyers' MVP so far.

Yep any wins a good win but I'd sure like to see more than 2 goals they're breaking records to start a season!!!

Homer needs to get some credit for taking a shot with Mason a good young goalie who obviously lost his confidence. He's been great since coming here I just knew he was worth the risk...and yes you can check previous posts...haha!

I'll give Holmgren credit for getting Steve a Mason but most of the credit should go to Mason . He's really up'd his game for the Flyers.

It's obviously great to get another win, but this should've been a blowout. When you factor in the posts we hit, the odd man rushes we had and the full five minute power play, it's more of a 4-1 or 5-1 game in our favor than such a nailbiter at the end. At least one more forward has it going offensively. That whole third line looked good even, which is really nice depth to have.

Giroux needs to shoot the puck. As a team they are still trying to make the pretty pay on the odd man rushes and just need to get it on f'n net.

Ya nothing wrong with a shot on goal if well placed you get an easy rebound goal. Team needs to get back to basics....
