Just bad luck and Lundqvist here ultimately. I thought we played well enough to earn the two points, but Giroux hit a couple posts and Ghost couldn't finish on some breathtaking plays.

The lone point keeps us right in the mix, but it continues to be frustrating taking so many games to OT and the SO. Tied for the league lead in that category at 16.

While we do very well while 3 on 3, we're terrible in shootouts. I think the stick of Voracek breaking while he had the puck right in front of his own net goes to show how unlucky we were in this one.

Shootout ruins a nice game. Sucks to lose but at least we didn't roll over. Could have taken that in overtime

I like the fact that they never gave up. Read almost won it too. Hate the SO glad it's not in the playoffs...

A really good game by all four lines. The difference was Hank. That is the difference between very very good and world class.

The SO is one area of our game that remains crappy. Sooner or later, Hakstol is going to have to do something to change our outcome because we seem to end so many games in the SO.

Why did DelZotto start the 3 on 3 OT instead of Ghost. Ill never understand why he does this. Just put Ghost out with Gee and Voaracek and we may not even make it to a SO.
