Now that the league is going to crack down on "spinning" the ball, dancing, and saluting after making a play (TD's are exempted I hear), someone better drill it into Sydney Rice's head in practise and pre-season games.
Rice is easily the biggest offender of the spinning the ball rule. He does it constantly and I wince every time because I keep thinking he'll get flagged. Now it looks like he will if he keeps doing it.
