I thought it was clear that I am talking about this season. Don't get your panties in a bunch. Just be glad that the Saints play in a terrible division & can pad their wins. How many wins does NO have on the road against non divisional opponents? It's not inconceivable that a terrible team in a terrible division gets to 10 wins. The issue I have is that there likely will be better teams with 10 wins that miss out.



The Saints have second worst strength of victory in the NFC

Every year there is a weak division that gets a team into the playoffs. Big deal. It's life in the nfl. Nfc west teams stole several spots from others in the past & same for the east. The only divisions in the nfc that division winner really been strong since they expanded to 4 divisions are the south & north.

If the saints are as bad as you think they are, they should go 1-2 or 0-3 as they're playing the 49ers and 2 teams from the best division in the afc. No way in hell does this shitty saints team win even 2 of those games

I'm sorry but if the saints are such a bad team, no way in hell should they have been leading in 3 of their 4 losses with under 2 to go.

It's no difference than someone saying when the schedule comes out that they think theie team can easily make the playoffs with that schedule. I don't look it as that person saying all of their games will be easy....I look at it as the person saying they see a lot of winnable games on their team schedule and if they play the way you expect them to then they should make the playoffs. No difference here. If the saints play how they have the last 3 games (especially the offense), I fully expect them to win all 3 home games. Do I expect them to win every one of those games to be blowouts? No I do not. I'll be shocked if more than one of those games is decided by 2 tds or more

I'm not down on the Saints and didn't diss them in any way. All I did was point out those next three games are not going to be easy. "Can easily" has the word easily. I don't care what you think that word means, it means EASY. You can waffle back from it any way you like, but it won't change it.

Can they win all 3? Sure, and I hope they do, or at least the first one. Easy? No way. Home or not all of those teams could present a challenge. That's all I was saying. That's not an attack, it's a comment.

Their offense has been coming alive and why wouldn't their fans be high on them right now. Accept that others might still think there could be a bump in the road or two and deal with it.

Saying a team can easily be 7-4 after their next 3 games is not saying the games will be easy. The saints can just as easily be 6-5 because I can easily seeing them losing one of the games if they have an off day. This is easily the stupidest debate on this board.

I doubt I'd use the words easy or easily as this is the NFL and it never is. I do expect Seattle to beat the holy fuck out of the Raiders on Sunday, but I wouldn't say they can easily be 7-3 after their next three games.

Someone saying they can easily see their team being 11 - 5 doesn't mean they think all games will be easy (really hard to believe this has to be explained to you), it means there are likely multiple ways they can reach that number even if they have a let down somewhere. The 5 losses imply difficulty.

In answer to my earlier question, it would indeed seem you want to carry on this hissy fit for the duration of this fine Friday.
