My, this board reminds me of one that I used a few years ago, based on style and layout. And, the kicker was, that board was created from scratch, to give CBS refugees at that time a place to post, and do so with R, and sometimes X rated stuff, as the G / PG 13 stuff at CBS got too restrictive.

That was reason # 1 why I never left CBS, though I knew and saw it was going downhill for years. I did not want to have to start all over, and build up a reputation like I had there. That is a lot of posts, and a lot of hard work.

Feel free to check out the other MLB boards here, as I see a lot of CBS'ers there. I will stay on this board I think, as he tradition of the single daily thread from the main MLB page there is alive and well here, and I would just as soon avoid 80% of those folks myself.

By my quick analysis, this seems to be the "kinder, gentler" landing spot for CBS'ers, meaning that folks who mostly stuck to MLB team boards will fit in here just fine.

I can tell I am not going to be a very good "new guy", as I am already acting like an expert.

You can change where you post, but it is hard to change how you post, for me anyway.
