Not to take away anything from Frost, but he's the OC in a system that has been in place for quite a while. I just don't think he has proven himself. And won't until he gets out of Oregon. But as of now, he hasn't got the experience to take over our program. He needs HC experience at a mid level school first.

He's only been OC for 2 seasons now.

He's still being babysat by Helfrich and running his system.
