This is just stupid on his part. The Islanders finally do what's best for the prospect & he's unhappy he didn't get a chance to make the team. Learn your craft first kid. Your time will come.

Yes.

The Islanders want Nino to spend the rest of the season in Bridgeport. This is why guys like Colin McDonald & Keith Aucoin are on the team while Josh Bailey & Jesse Joensuu are recovering from injuries.

The Islanders have removed their tweet pumping up Nino for the AHL All Star game. He needs votes to get an invite I guess.

Nino is 10th in the AHL in scoring with 19G 17A 36PTS in 39 games.

Please tell me why Luongo would want to come back to the Islanders? I mean the Islanders are why players have NTC's in their contracts.

Besides Dipietro would have to go back Vancouver in the deal. Backup for Backup right? The Canucks can give the Islanders Corrado & Gaunce for Nino.

I'm not sure either, but it's certainly a fair swap. Like you said both guys have big upside.
