Nebraska's season completely on the line

Time to face the music........the loss to Texas and Mizzou's win over OU has put us in a do-or-die situation. This upcoming game against Missouri decides the entire season........beings that the team's goal is to win the Big 12 Championship......

A loss to Missouri completely destroys any chance of Nebraska going to the Big 12 Championship..........and any chance of making a BCS bowl game.

The Texas game was huge and everything because of how much hype we put into it..........but this game against Missouri is the biggest game that I can remember in a while.

A win = great possibilities for Nebraska in our last year in the Big 12.

A loss = no possibilities for Nebraska in our last year in the Big 12.

It is now time for this team to step up and go all out. I will get less sleep this week than I did during the week leading up to the Texas game. This one is literally for all the marbles..........it's all or nothing.

I'm pretty sure your making a drunk comment here..............but let me just clarify that if Nebraska loses, the only way they can make the Big 12 Championship game is if Missouri loses 3 games to close out the season.

I have watched 5 of Missouri's games this year..............I am telling you right now, he is the most natural passing QB in the country. And trust me, as a Husker fan I would like to say otherwise, but it is the truth. The guy is awesome.

Nebraska's secondary will have to come out ready to play.

Missouri is 1,000 x better than Texas...........Texas beat us........and while us fans want to beat Gabbert for not choosing Nebraska, those players don't have that same motivation in their heads.

Gabbert = the best QB any Bo coached defense has ever faced.

And I do think you are over rating them just a little. I do agree this is a way bigger game then all our games combined last year and this year. But mizzwho hasnt really played anyone but OU. Like we have seen all year OU has been up and down almost losing 3 games they should of just blew the other team out. Out defensive performance today sure does make me worry a lot.

Nebraska has barely touched a QB yet this year. Wish I could say otherwise, but I call it how I see it. We average 1.83 sacks per game, and that's factoring in that over half of our opponents have basically been cupcakes thus far.

No. This year there is no decent bowl outside of a BCS bowl for Nebraska. That is plain and simply the way I'm seeing it.

They always say "the fans just need to be patient." I agree, but I've been patient long enough now, and it's time to return to a BCS bowl game. When you enter the year expecting 100% to be there at the end, then I don't take any other bowl as a consolation prize.
