Junior Miller, Johnny Mitchell, Jamie Williams.

I long for a great Husker Tight End (no homo) that can compliment the other skill players. The tight end that intentionally sheds a defender to wind up open down the middle of the field is a must for any successful Nebraska team. A TE that's a household name.

Who's it gonna be? Will Beck use one effectively (at least every other game)? Will the Cotton boy automatically get the job by default?

I'm actually shocked there's only 1 junior and no seniors.

10 are sophomore's or under.

I guess that addresses my point about not effectively utilizing the tight end in the BOP era.

I would expect to see at least a few walk on upper classmen TE's. :wtf:

How are they projected to do talent wise though? It seems my hokies have had a deep pit of despair at the TE position over the last 5 years, but it could very well be the deepest position on the offense this year. :noidea:

Shit can change in the blink of an eye and a potential weakness end up a strength.....or vice versa.

Sam Cotton will probably see the most playing time. His daddy (Barney Cotton's) a Nebraska O-line coach and all of the Cotton boy's have gotten full ride scholly's.

I think Cethan Carter or Freedom Akinmoladun have some talent potential when it comes to actually being skill players as opposed to just a run/pass blockers.

Most look like local boys, so they probably won't be anything special.

Reed was probably one of the more poorly utilized guys from the Bop era.

We got another chance with Carter. He's got the right tint of skin and all.

Cethan and Sam compliment each other really well, i expect to see em both a lot.

I think Freedom plays this year, the dude is a physical freak and could be great eventually

R_A loves to hate some Cotton boys, but Jake is our 2nd best OL and Sam is a solid TE with more potential than Ben

Yeah. What are the odds ALL 3 of them get elite D-1 school scholarship offers?

These clowns are playing at Iowa St best if daddy weren't corchin' Nebraska. Most likely at mid-majors.

I busted out laughing when I read that just now.

I'm not even sure Jake can spell his own name.
