Bo calls like McBride...........but only one 3rd and passing situations.........which, if you look at the statistics, we are one of the worst teams in the entire country in giving up 1st downs to opponents, and most of those 1st downs are coming on 1st and 2nd down....

And that is why teams are scoring 5 times for every 1 time that they punt

Huskers have given up a lot of 3rd and longs in Bo's tenure.

They didn't give up many 3rd and longs in McBride's tenure. It was 3 fingers in the air as they trotted off the field. For 3 and out.

Folks, I fuggin practically knew McBride....

When I was a kid I met damn neared every player on the team in the early 90's. My life was Huskers. That's all I did.

I knew the entire roster by heart. Could rattle off every single player including the walk-ons on the scout team. Shit, they thought I had autism

Seriously though, I just ran through the play-by-play for every game so far this season....

We are getting teams off the field 80% of the time on 3rd and longer than 6........I will take that, but I damn well know it's because we're bringing pressure.

3 of the 9 times this season that teams have converted those plays it's been because of us bringing pressure and getting penalties such as roughing the passer.

Hell the commentators knew Bo's plan....how many times did they say "Bo only brings pressure on 3rd and long"

Bring pressure on 1st down every now and then. It's a game of Chess dadburnit. You gotta take some chances and quit taking what the opponent's Offense gives you.
