He jumped on me once because I said I had to cut red meat out of my diet after my heart attack.

I dought it had ta do with eating beef though ---doctors will say anythang and nothing

It goes with the thought that persons with high cholesterol are more susceptible to plaque build up which in turn leads to heart disease. So even though my cholesterol was border line because my problem was blockage most likely more because of smoking then diet, I need to watch my cholesterol

So I limit red meat to an occasional philly cheese or a steak dinner every month or two and eat a whole lot more chicken and fish.

ANyway it's been a while, I don't think it's hurt his ranch too much.

Stále vychutnat večeři biftek , ale jsou to právě děti , které dal ranč dresink na jejich salátu , kde jsem od . Kousky modrého sýra je to, co lidé jedí , stejně jako pečenou bramborou plavání s máslem a zakysanou smetanou
