Well. I guess I agree. We don't really want that kind of justice in America. We're already fuxored as it is.
Who is going to be considered guilty? Miami, maybe. The former players, no. They can't do anything to former players. This is ridiculous.
Not ridiculous if the coaching staff and administration fully knew about it, which I believe is where the NCAA is going with all of this.
That's not how I see this at all. The NCAA has Shapiro's allegations and, from what I've read, they have some players that have corroborated some of the allegations. The NCAA can do nothing to the former player, they are just saying: "We know some of this is true. If you want to refute the allegations involving yourself, do so now. Otherwise, we will assume they are true as well."
It's not blackmail. It's an opportunity for some player, who risk absolutely nothing by talking or not talking, to tell their side of it.
