NCAA Baseball tourney starting up ...

I'm not real familiar with the LSU layout. But the USC stadium has this cool wide concourse you can walk all the way around on. You can go up there and stand directly by home, if you like, or over the bullpens. Average attendance has been 8,000+ since it opened. If only they sold beer.

Has led baseball in attendance for 15 straight years. Last year, LSU had 390,000 people come to 37 games. In second was, South Carolina with 297,000 in 40 games.

I love the aireal view of South Carolina though. In LSU's stadium you can see Tiger Stadium along with the "Intimidator" in right. Last year when we hosted Cal State Fullerton and Florida we had 11,000 plus for both Cal State games and over 12,000 for one of the Florida games.

Do you go to the World Series often? I am trying to make plans with my dad to take a trip out there in a few years. Even if LSU doesn't make it, it is one of those things I want to experience before life gets too crazy.

Kentucky had bases loaded with one out in the bottom of the 20th but hit into inning ending double play. Tied 6-6 going into the 21st. 2nd longest game in NCAA tournament history behind a 25 inning game in 2009 where Texas beat Boston College 3-2

watching Arizona/ Mizzou now. Ariz. defense is atrocious. They have good sticks but mental errors in the field are hurting them right now.

Arizona also had 6 hits in bottom of first but had 2 outs from baserunning errors. If they would have help up they probably would have had at least a couple more runs
