It’s more exciting for the most part, to me anyway. It’s a growing sport, I don’t think that can be said of baseball.

College baseball/softball is so much bigger in the south and west than the majority of east and Midwest.

Make no mistake about it, softball parents are absolutely crazy. I was coaching a lot so I had to at least try to stay sane. The travel ball schedule those high level girls play is insane.
