Myles doubling down on wanting out and new deal wont change anything........not sure I buy it as if Browns hold firm doubt he retires.

He’s not slipping to 9
I don't think he does but guys like Rodgers and Quinn were thought to be top 5 guys (or maybe even higher) and went much later so 9 doesn't seem crazy to at least talk to the guy even if no plans to trade up.

Nailed it......always cracks me up when someone calls a pick a reach and it's because guys who GUESS where players will be taken had them going later. Maybe, just maybe the mocker was wrong?

And, sure, none of this means a FO wont miss badly on a player as we know they do.

I'd bet if we could see all teams' draft boards they would look wildly different.

It’s not just about right and wrong

But efficient allocation of draft capital

To use a hyperbolic example

Even if you knew Brady was a stud, you’re better off waiting and landing him if you can

OK, but do you agree if you saw all 30 draft boards they'd look far different from each other?

As to Brady? If you knew what he'd become then, no, you don't wait as you cannot just assume no one else feels the same as you about him. Go back in time and redraft and those drafting know what we know now where are you thinking he is picked?

If that's the structure, got to think the Rams match.
Agreed. Rams have a decent roster. They’d be leaving meat on the bone. They should be looking at a developmental QB in the next two drafts.

...and quickly Stafford and the Rams come to terms on a restructure. Easy peasy.
Yeah it’s crazy. Days ago you look at the league and it’s like who is the best option for the Rams and who is the best option for Stafford and the answer to both was status quo.

Ok.

I think Deebo might not have a lot left, but the price was solid.
I love this for you guys. He’s a gadget guy. When you have the threat of him on speed motion and the threat of Daniels running that should open up even more room in the run game for you. This is big for you guys because I think you need to use most of your draft assets to build up the defense and OL.
