I'm not sure if it is home teams in basketball or if it is star teams. The Pistons aren't getting calls versus the Celtics even at home and I think that is likely true of your Wizards as well.

I agree with that

My thinking is this…

In a packed arena/stadium, officials are human. It is really easy to get swept up into the emotion from the thousands of fans and unintentionally allow close calls to sway toward the home team.

At a pistons or wizards game?

Fans don’t care enough to have that type of emotional input.

At an NFL playoff game or an NBA playoff game?

It is just different.

Emotion should be out of the mix when they're reviewing calls however, and they still muck those up.

In the case of the NBA, I don't think the on court officials should be ruling on reviews. They are already taking abuse from the players on every whistle, they're going to err on the side of supporting their original call to exert some level of control.

Maybe that is why he missed so many kicks this year.

Couldn’t find anyone to massage his groin

They got NFL medical staff for that, some players feel the need for extracurricular activity I guess.

Never been to a massage parlor myself

Swear it's 2018 all over again in Browns forums. around half the fans saying "cannot draft a QB, need to build around him first." another good portion saying no matter what have to take a QB at 1.

Of course, the first half also saying just take one later (and since Dart the name they are hearing he seems to be the guy for that group). Often they will say how it worked for Ravens to get LJ.

Just so many things wrong with this. I'd say first and foremost is if you really do like Dart a lot how can you be sure you get him if not at 2 (which wont happen)? I mean, even Bmore kind of lucked into LJ as they had no clue hoe good he'd be or even available to move up to get him.

Gonna be a fun few months.

This, I agree with. Doesn't the NFL have a central location where they review calls? NBA should do that too.
Yes I do think the nfl does have a central location where they look at calls. I agree this is something the nba should look at
