Picked 4th in my work league draft last night and he was definitely in the mix along with Kupp before their injuries. Went Tyreek instead. I underestimated how RB heavy that league still drafts and ended up not taking a RB until the 6th round. The only RB I really passed on was Jacobs in the 2nd, and that was because both St Brown and Kupp fell to me. Really wanted to take Kupp, but couldn't with St Brown still available.

I do have Kelce in my dynasty league, but I also have Waller to pivot to.
I pick 3rd tonight in a PPR league. My own top 5 is:
Justin Jefferson
Chase
CMC
Tyreke Hill
Austin Ekeler

What do you guys think?

Guys who have drafted already- I’m in a 12 team league so my next picks are 22 and 27. What was out there when things came back around in your league?

What RBs did you end up with?

I complicated my own situation by taking Breece as my first in the 6th, followed that up with Javonte, Swift, Brian Robinson and Jaylen Warren. I wanted Jamaal Williams or Mostert for early season protection, but waited one round too long and got sniped on both almost consecutively.

I’d say that is pretty much it. I’m seeing people reach for Mahomes all the way up to close to that level in some leagues. As for your question, in a draft o just did yesterday:

21 Jacobs
22 Walker
23 Smith
24 Waddle
25 Allen
26 Mixon
27 Olave
28 Etieene

Only a 10 team league though. Good luck!

In a 12 team league, you're probably looking at the top 8 RBs off the board before it gets back to you (CMC, Ekeler, Bojan, Chubb, Barkley, Pollard, Henry Jacobs). In my 10 team league, at pick 17 (my 2nd rounder), I was picking from Kupp/St Brown/Jacobs. I'm guessing you're most likely looking at Waddle/Olave or a top 3 QB at pick 20. Depending on your league's drafting tendencies, you could see Jacobs or Henry maybe? Henry went surprisingly early in my league (8th or 9th?) while Bijan fell to #15.

Work leagues are such a minefield, lol. Never know what to expect, other than homerism will be strong (heavy tax on Bills players here).

Our top 25 picks last night: JJ, Chase, CMC, Tyreek, Ekeler, Kelce, Diggs, Henry, Adams, Brown, Pollard, Barkley, Chubb, Lamb, Bijan, Wilson, St Brown, Kupp, Jacobs, Allen, Waddle, Mahomes, Olave, Hurts, Metcalf.

My guy I’m thinking about is Jahmyr Gibbs. Where did he go in your draft? How about for you @thunderc

#26 in my draft, #9 RB after Jacobs. You might be able to get him in the 3rd if you want to risk it.
Think I may go:
1st round WR (3) - I fully expect this to be Tyreke Hill. Would love if Chase fell
2nd round WR (22)
3rd round Gibbs (27)

If Tua could somehow stay healthy Hill could easily be the No 1 producer this season in my opinion.

My RB tendencies were pushing hard to pick Bijan at #4, but I just couldn't rationalize it so I went Hill. That Bijan love is partly because some fluke late season wins kept me from getting the #1 pick in my dynasty league (fell to 3rd and got JSN). Even with Bijan falling in last night's draft, I knew he wouldn't get past my brother and back to me unless his internet kicked him off the site...

I don't understand Bijan getting the kind of hype he is. Give me numbers first.

He is looked upon as the best rb to come out since Peterson.

...and if you look at the early first round rookie RBs in fantasy in recent memory, they have excelled in fantasy. Add in the heavy run bias of the Falcons offense and he should have a very high floor as well as a high ceiling. He's like a Barkley level talent in a more run oriented offense and without the injury history.

My only concern with Bijan would be the Falcons potentially easing him into a full workload, given Allgeier's presence and the limited upside for Atlanta this season with Ridder at the helm.

Still pissed the Raiders didn't take Jalen Carter.

I'm not sold on Tyree, but he's got upside. Can't imagine the Raiders were scared off by attitude issues lol, maybe it was the conditioning?

he's going top 10 in a ton of drafts. no way I go unproven commodity as a top 10 pick.
