Mahomes got this right. Nothing to see here.

But let’s see if Tyreke is still as confident in Tua this time next year. I am sure he looks great in OTAs though!
I think we know how this turns out, Hill will drop off. I did see Mahones throw more bad passes last year than the rest of his career combined, but we know how good he is.

Everybody looks great in shorts with no pass rush. I used to hate being d coordinator during 7 on 7 because I’m too damn competitive. Ok coach…you want to have your QB stand back there for 6-7 seconds before throwing the ball in June but that’s not gonna prepare your kid for the real season.

Yep chiefs did everything he asked for. Made great use of his skill. Didn't hold him hostage or anything

Maybe I am guilty of getting caught up in the language.

If “contender caliber” to you means good enough to eek into the playoffs in a very weak division when coupled with a hitting boost, then maybe.

To me that comment means they have one of the top pitching staffs in baseball.

And that just isn’t the case. Certainly not yet anyway.

Cleveland was 18th in team ERA last season. Bieber surely boosts that a little.

But really they are somewhere near league average in terms of overall pitching outlook. Maybe slightly above.

That to me is not “contender quality”.

Tyreke is making a lot of noise trying to convince himself he made the right move. He'll find out soon enough that he didn't.

Lol, honestly, is there ANYTHING weaker than WiggityWack with a "gotcha" moment...?

He pulls up one random post were the meaning is still debatable. To me “contender quality” means elite. Teams that finish lower top 10 in pitching aren’t usually contenders unless they are also top 10 in hitting.

How many times did he say the Warriors were totally done? Probably at least 20.

And you don’t see me throwing that in his face even though I really should be.

You are so pathetic.

I swear you bookmark every post I write.

Revisit in September and tell me if they are a contender.

And?

It is June.

7th in ERA is right in the middle of what we both said.

Because 7th in ERA isn’t contender quality without the bats to go with it.

How about those Warriors? Spectacularly wrong again. As per usual.

I just dont think you have the information and intelligence to talk baseball. You do not know enough.

Kluber, Clevinger, Bieber- do you want to know what all 3 had in common? NONE of them were projected as anything more than back end starters.

The Indians traded a broken down Jake Westrbrook for Kluber-- an after thought prospect

The Indians traded a broken down Vinnie Pestano for Mike Clevinger- an after thought prospect.

The Indians drafted Shane Bieber and he was never even near a top 100 prospect in baseball.

What else do they have in common beside- when the Indians acquired them that they were thought to be back end starters? That the Indians superior development staff took them and made them into something greater than what everyone else thought they were.

The Padres had given up on Quintrell- who was not part of their rotation and was instead lost in their bullpen. Get to Cleveland and he is now an extremely consistent starting pitcher.

Prediction stats spread evenly over all 30 teams do not account for this type of information - that you also clearly lack.
