Hasek, Brodeur, Roy, Esposito, Belfour, etc.

Thanks for the list. I've heard of those players now that you mentioned them. Like I told CL67 yesterday I'm still learning the game.

I'm sure there are plenty more. A lot of my hockey knowledge comes from collecting/selling sports figures back in the day LOL.

Anyone see anything about the 24th plaintiff in the Watson case? She was so offended she stopped the massage when he had an erection, but stayed long enough for him to masturbate and close enough to him that he could ejaculate on her?

To be fair, I guess, I have not heard of the person who wrote the story.....said NFL writer Kalyn Kahler.

They were talking about it on Cowherd today, but didnt give any details other than there are now 24 cases.

Watsons lawyer didnt do him any favors with his comments.

On Cowherd, they were saying Goodell is probably going to end up suspending him for the season.

Honestly, I don't think either lawyer has helped his case all that much when it comes to their comments and Watson's "I wouldn't change anything" comment did not help either. Here's the story I saw...

Yeah I didn't understand that at all. She stopped but then watched? Something fishy from both sides here but obviously Watson has his issues. He will get suspended, obvious from the start still think 4-10 games.

He's definitely done enough that it makes the league look bad and personal conduct policy vague enough they can suspend him.

I just don't know what the NFL is waiting for.

Since no charges have been brought all that's left for the NFL to decide is if he violated league rules or not.

If he did, then announce what rule(s) he broke and what the punishment is.

If he didn't, then announce that and no punishment.

The civil cases shouldn't matter at this point.

Might be Goodell being indecisive on how to go forward with this...

I kinda don't blame him if he is.

It's a lose lose for him.

If he announces no suspension or a light suspension...there will be. people who are pissed and saying sexual assault isn't violation of NFL rules.

If he announces a long suspension, he'll have people pissed off and saying he's just trying to appease people and that Watson's done nothing wrong.

And either way he decides, there will be people who make it about race.

I'm sure that right about now, he's hoping for something to happen one way or the other that makes his decision for him (although at this point, I'm not sure what that could be).

Good points, dude gets paid around 64 mil a year to deal with scrutiny though, I won’t ever empathize with him I don’t think. Lol

Yep. The job pays well for a reason.

But I still don't envy him with that decision. lol
