I think he'd be the guy we see today had we drafted him though have to admit I didn't want him at the time. No doubt he's a stud.It wasn't rough at all actually. Allen was not even close to the player he is when he was drafted. His turnaround his one of the craziest in NFL history, there is no guarantee he would be the player he is now in the Browns organization. He came from being a bad passer and bad fundamentals to being a top 3 QB in the NFL now. So really happy for the guy.
Baker Mayfield was the safe pick?Browns just weren’t listening to the right people. Here’s QB guru Jordan Palmer calling Josh Allen the most talented QB he’s ever seen. Browns went with the safe and the conventional wisdom.

Would Jordan Palmer Draft Sam Darnold or Josh Allen With the No. 1 Pick?
Jordan Palmer had the benefit of tutoring Josh Allen and Sam Darnold—both legitimate candidates to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft. Palmer dishes on how the quarterbacks have developed, both on the field and off, during their stay at his California House of QBs.www.si.com
he also said this...Palmer: Yeah, the one thing I will tell you is, I honestly don’t know who I would take [No. 1 overall]. It just depends on the situation and the personnel. But even still, I think both of these guys have really high ceilings.Browns just weren’t listening to the right people. They could but that would be dumb as it could also bounce the other way and be recovered by the Bills. They could always not catch the ball and see if it goes in the end zone though. Clock doesn’t start until it’s touched.
Mine was "I don't have the first clue as I don't pour through hours of film nor get to talk to the candidates......just take the guy they think is the best QB at #1."Mine was actually:
1a Darnold
1b Baker
2 Allen
I didn't want Rosen and Lamar wasn't in the conversation

or bounce back toward the Bills to recover.Or out of bounds.
I would add what guy is not gonna prop up the guys he trained? If he was training Rosen he'd have said Rosen should go first.Baker Mayfield was the safe pick?

Well obviously we can say now that anything would have been better than what they did. I think the Bills were expecting and protecting against a 40 yard pass. What happened will change things going forward.or bounce back toward the Bills to recover.
Wasn't after the fact for me as I thought a no-brainer to make them take time off with a return.Well obviously we can say now that anything would have been better than what they did. Eh, people forgot who Eli Apple is.Eli Apple was shitting on the Saints and Giants fans last night like he's any good so fuck them
Browns fans right nowHow rough was yesterday watching Josh Allen do his thing knowing that the Browns took Baker Mayfield over Allen?
I'm speechless.
"I think it's highly recorded now, there's 150 I believe now, it's over 100 professional athletes dead- professional athletes, in the prime of their life, dropping dead that are vaccinated, right on the pitch, right on the field, right on the court."

Sounds like it.
Truly amazing what some people believe to be true.
If someone had told me 15 years ago that we we'd have all these otherwise perfectly intelligent people get caught up in insane theories and political nonsense I'd have called them crazy
It's remarkable seeing It happen
