Bills only have themselves to blame on this one though. They traded the Chiefs the picks to select Mahomes and Worthy. Someone tell Beane to cut that crap out. If it's the Chiefs on the line during the draft, don't even pick up.

Yep, assisting your main comp to add a needed piece for them is dumb as hell

Does it get odd at some point though when you see the same team get the 50/50 calls 3 out of 4 times for three seasons in a row? It’s really the aggregate everybody is reacting to. Of course we can squabble individual plays and it’s a legit debate. Why does the scenario skew Chiefs week in and week out for years?
Is this even true though? Fans want to cry about refs so they do. Likely ignore any bad call against KC.

I mean, Buffalo was allowed to stop KC when they went ahead and didn't....then again when they got it back late and didn't. also in middle of that were allowed to not get stopped but did.

Mahomes' open running was a killer and the fault of players AND coaching. Needed a spy, or at least for the ends to not jump inside of the tackles repeatedly.

And we know how this goes. The Bills don’t see the ball again. Mahomes will make 2 plays on his own on 3rd down to extend a FG winning drive and the officials will make one big play for them as well.
well, fans will say the refs will help them....but as is more often the case they didn't.

Welcome back and despite the loss props to your team in the Natty. Hell of an effort.

Id think @fightinfunbags would be happy with the season given he was not a Leonard fan

Elated with the season. Leonard was a great addition to ND in the end. He’s just limited throwing the ball and in the pass game. Exceptional leader though and that can’t be sold short. He was a big piece of Freeman’s culture. ND football is in good hands. I think the young kid Carr is going to be a good one at QB.

I like Freeman a lot, too. Glad never happened but IF OSU agreed with the looney fans and dumped Day, Freeman was one of the few I'd have wanted to see replace him.

Isn't to say he'd have left his current position to do so.

That’s his alma mater and a place he can win. I think if OSU ever comes knocking he is likely to go. I wouldn’t blame him

For sure...but IF Day was dumped he may not have wanted to deal with those same loons.

Now if Day ever wanted to go to NFL.............?

I’m not sure about football.

But no chance NBA would work with this financial structure. Big spenders would win every year.

NBA is the only sport the players play most of the game and play both ways in a more controllable environment

Not true.

The reality is that great teams and great players might get a call to go their way occasionally that others don’t get. That is true in every sport.

The other part is when you have a dynasty like the Chiefs or the Patriots before them, they are always on national TV and people watching are rooting for them to lose.

So when those questionable calls occur (which happen every game for every time) more is made out of it by the people who want to spin the “refs are cheating for the Chiefs” narrative.

Patriots definitely got more calls

Sanu got his helmet ripped off by the facemask 2 feet from a ref in a god damn super bowl and didn’t get a flag

For the fixed crowd who exactly is fixing the games? Assuming you think it's the NFL wouldn't the owners be involved in this decision?

The Bills owner (or others KC has beaten) are just going to go along with this idea?

Because Mahomes is Mahomes. If he gets to the big game then he will likely find a way to get the w
If it’s a one score game I think the Chiefs prevail. A lesser Eagles team last year beat this same Chiefs team in the regular season last year. The Eagles have to leave no doubt. If the Eagles OL is healthy and they take care of the football, the Eagles should win by double digits.

Happen to agree....look no further than his last 2 drives with the ball last night.
Which is why that shit spot did the bills in. I honestly think if the bills score a td there they go for 2 to end it and go up 30-21
