It's not really underachievement though. It's the randomness of the baseball playoffs. Just like the Maddux/Glavine Braves won their division like 12 times in a row and won one World Series, they didn't nor should they have fired Cox for that.

It's underachievement relative to the talent they've had and the expectations that come with it. I get the randomness of baseball, especially in the playoffs...based on talent level, the '88 Dodgers not only shouldn't have won the World Series...they shouldn't have been in the playoffs.

Maybe the baseball gods are making them pay for that. lol

For sure, Giants were underdogs in every series for all 3 recent titles. It’s just so random I don’t think you can judge management for “underachieving” in the playoffs.

that's why they should have kept him on the A team and brady on the B or C team

Not sure Brady should even be in the booth now that his minority ownership bid has been approved. Does the NFL not have tampering regulations? Speaking about another teams' players would draw fines in the NBA.

How different does this all look if the Astros don't cheat and he has potentially two World Series victories?

Dan Orlovsky on Get Up said the Lions first call should be to the Raiders about Max Crosby? No, that is not going down.

LMAO.

Why not? Why do the Raiders need to waste that asset on a shitty team? Sell high to a desperate buyer for a first and a second.

Yeah, unless the Raiders are planning on spending a bunch of money in the off-season to seriously upgrade the talent they have, they need to stockpile picks, especially high picks, so they can rebuild through the draft and with trades.

It's tough to give a up a great player and fan favorite...but probably the wisest move for their future.

Exactly Crosby can’t make the raiders a good team as great as he is. Try and get a first or 2nd rounder for him and record

In addition to a shitty coaching, this is another reason why they went from 2-0 to 2-4

I would think they could get at least a first since it will be a late round pick

I do think if healthy the Saints may be the best team in the south. That ship may have sailed though.
