I didn't watch the game. Most long snappers pick up the ball then snap it, was that all it was?

I believe it was that he moved the ball then picked his head up..

I didn’t see it. Did a defender encroach because of the long snapper lifting his head? Usually the movement is allowed unless it draws the defense offside.

For me, it’s smart play by the defense if they use it to entice a call. If it doesn’t cause a jump it should be ignored. Missed the Browns play. That should have been ignored.
