That plus i don't think he hold his players accountable. Unless they miraculously make the playoffs, i think he's gone

I'd be surprised to see a move mid year but yea. If they regress id think he's out

Another reason for the bills struggles this season. They can fake it and act like it's all good but that crap diggs pulled all offseason was horrible and likely fucked up team chemistry then his brother tweet this? Anyone who pay attention should know how close he and his brother are so this goes back to the offseason where diggs sent out hints that he wanted out.

Stefon only cares about his numbers. Always has. I remember when he was being recruited by VT (ended up going to Maryland) and the rep was there then. He's a Me Only player.

I have a feeling that any team that takes a QB before Jayden Daniels is going to regret it

I like McDermott but sometimes the coach has to go to get the players going, just how it is.

This tweet is especially bad because allen only had 2 years under his belt. Qbs tend to get better after their first 2 years lol. This is fucking up the locker room for sure

Yeah i think he and diggs may need to go. Actually think diggs more. Based on his brother tweets, im almost certain the vibe in the locker room with him and josh (possibly other players) been off since he pulled that stunt in the offseason

I think a part of this is on coaching

The 2nd INT was clearly on Josh, but that first one was on Davis. Right in his hands at eye level. That first fumble was a great defensive play, but the botched handoff and then nearly losing the ball on that late long run are on the running back. On that handoff, I have to think Cook was expecting it to be just a fake, as his hands were no where near in position to receive the ball.

Overall, I think it will need to be coaching that takes the hit for the Bills' failings. Sure, they have a lot of injuries on defense, but continuing to make stupid mistakes at the worst possible times when you're a veteran team is going to come down on the coaches, including the OC.

I can't speak to the locker room, but whenever the camera seems to catch Diggs on the sideline supposedly complaining isn't accurate. He's certainly animated, but he's usually trying to pump up his teammates to do better, not bitch. Whether or not that is taken the right way?

I doubt Diggs gets moved unless the Bills can find a similar replacement, and those guys just don't come available. He's still just 29 and in his prime, so you work with him as best you can. Not much you can do to shut up his brother unfortunately.

They need to at least draft a replacement for Gabe Davis if not find one via trade/FA. He just isn't consistent enough to rely upon and is a FA this spring. I can't see investing considerable money in him moving forward.

I thought on the handoff Allen just lost the ball before Cook even had a chance to take it.

Bills deserve to lose so I am fine with it

I want to disagree, but can't. These are games you just can't lose if you want to be a factor in the postseason. The Patriots and Broncos losses (and probably the Jets, especially combined with the other 2) are coach killers. Bengals and Jaguars are at least explainable. Even the close wins vs the Giants and Bucs are damning to a degree.

Perhaps, but Cooks arms weren't even close to being ready to receive the ball, so far apart. That's why I wonder if that was supposed to be a fake (and could still be if Josh just lost control of the ball).

No, but relatives say stupid shit that the player may not even consider pushing with his team. If he is set to leave, find a place to send him this Spring. It's a losing proposition for the Bills to move him though, doubt they can get correct value for him in return. Diggs wasn't clean last night either, he had at least one bad drop.
