Hate to see Hoskins go. He was a good soldier. But Harper at 1B is already better defensively. This invites the opportunity for them to add some OF with pop.

On Dan Patrick they were discussing the Harbaugh/Michigan sign stealing scandal with Rick Neuheisel.

Neuheisel told a pretty funny story.

When Harbaugh was at Stanford, there was a league meeting of some sort prior to an upcoming training camp, where Harbaugh was complaining about how often USC was having PAC officials officiate their scrimmages during training camps.

Apparently, he didn't think it was fair that Stanford and other schools could only afford to have them for 3 or 4 times and Carroll could afford to have them for every practice. So, he did.

Neuheisel said that Harbaugh went on a long rant about how that's not fair that he has them there so much and that USC would get favorable calls because of the relationships formed.

He finishes his rant and Pete Carroll says..."We were the most penalized team in the conference". I guess that just cracked everyone up and left Harbaugh yelling "It's the principle of the thing". lol

I doubt this is it. I think preliminarily they have enough now to be sure they can prove at least some level of wrong doing. He’s likely suspended pending the results of their investigation.
