Except for that part where I don't agree. I agree that it should be a suspendable offense. I don't agree that Donald should be suspended because that's not how the NFL has typically handled practice issues. If they want to start doing that, then get it put into the next CBA. That would let players know it's not going to be handled differently going forward.

But I also don’t believe he should have the privilege of playing in the NFL with this allegation hanging over his head.

That is a pretty huge deal.

And as to the punter? Not sure he's worth the headache. But it's wild we can have the whole "women's rights" argument on one hand but then use the old "happened before he was a pro angle"

Though I do agree even if in the CBA there is a line if crossed the NFL could and should suspend even if practice. Just not sold this crossed that line.

Exactly.

And to be clear, I think it is in the Bills best interest to waive him.

What is more likely to derail their season?

Signing a new punter off the street?

Or having the distraction of players having to speak on their potential rapist teammate in press conferences?

The Bills likely end up punting less often than just about every other team in the league anyway.

He should be suspended before his day in court. NFL does not have to wait for that.
