I mean those are playoff tested teams. None of them were ever shitty lottery teams just a few years ago.

They all had extremely talented playoff tested coaches in ORL, PHI, and MIL.
All of those 3 teams had multiple deep runs to conference finals in the last 4 or 5 years.

Heck, the Magic have made 15 straight playoff appearances I think.
The Clippers, Rockets, and Blazers were just flukey brand new playoffs teams.
