My problem with the player vs player thing is 2 told... The top 3 picks usually have a big advantage in talent... Now in football it's a lot deeper but when you are only picking like 12 players... 1 gets the best then waits the gets a second that's not too bad and the top #3 a decent #4 then the top #5... That's 3 oportunities to get #the best player of the round, and yes I know people still mess things up but it's about the opportunity... 2) which for me is more important but maybe not to everybody is cohesion... Having Magic, Kobe, DrJ, Barkley, Shaq on 1 team is awesome talent wise but are they better than a team with, Big O, Ray Allen, Larry Bird, Tim Duncan, Alonzo Mourning...

Talent wise team 1 is better IMO, but IMO team 2 is the better "team"... I look at the team aspect as equal to the talent aspect... So again if we are voting straight who has better individuals layers that system is fine, but then rankings would kind of be the same for every team because most guys are pretty set with who are the top players...
