Ya know what we havent done yet is a vote between all of us... like ranking teams 1-9 in order and each position has a point value, the team with the most points wins. If not that way I like the idea of whoever gets the most votes in round 1 gets the bye...

Option 2 most votes = Bye. Next draft College Football set rule in advance that we will rank other teams in order.

We could have a 'how would they do in the regular season' poll to determine seeding then a 'how they would do in the playoffs'

You might have to post UK's team not sure when he will log back on. Do you have a time that its due by? If not complete by certain time I say use their starters as the first positions (1 each) taken by them.

Not in this draft, but not huge on this idea.

You could have two teams very good well balanced teams and votes go Team B 8-Team A 7
and have a blowout because a guy like me drafts and does a stupid trade and is blown out by better team but not superior to team A or B but gets 13 votes in round 1... just saying the seeding could easily give a weaker team a bye.
