Both starting units are excellent but the 2nd unit is where Hockey pulls away the players from that unit that he can mix and match are just too strong.

I have to echo what Nos said, to much front court depth for Hockey, plus he has a guy in Hondo that would relish getting after MJ. Mebert does have Pierce advantage over Scott, but then Hockey finishes it with the Big I. Just to many edges.

Hondo is a pretty good guy to have on Jordan even if Jordan still gets 20 in 24min... Oscar is going to be too much for Stockton, the bench is too strong... Mebert did a helluva job here but Hockey pulls it out in a defensive battle...

I think my front court depth here is huge and just too many weapons and balance. Jordan is always tough but Hondo is great and just has to hang for 24 minutes. While the Big 0 and my front court rotation goes to work.

It all comes down to bench, hockey's late trade to get him Dantley is a big reason for the win.

I think Jordan would try to bust Penny's knee so he could get more minutes...

Also Penny at the 2 isn't the best place for him IMO... Him and Kidd are too similar... I get the uptempo bench, just don't think it all came together as tight... But that staring unit is beautiful...

Being honest, I don't get the love for Hockey's team. Even with the minutes restriction, there are better teams out here. Not sure why that unit has gotten this far. Smitty, UK, WLK, Ritz, Nos, Myself all had better teams. This should not be a finals team

It's depth. Having the Big O and Hondo. Balance with two shooter. Rebounding.

Take your second unit for example it's not balanced or deep. And then a guy like Tiny starting? My forwards are all very good Hall of famers who rebound and Thurmond as been publicly named as one of the toughest to go against.

I factored in depth, 24 minutes, all of it. Your best player is O and in reality would have to carry that team. The others don't stack up against other teams which also littered with HOFers that can also rebound but do everything else better as well. I just don't think its that good.

I just simply don't think you have any idea what your saying at this point lol. Not only are 8/10 of my guys HOf the two that are not 1 averaged 9 assists a game and the other was the best 3 pt shooter of his franchise(albeit a shitty one). Thurmond got a god damn quadruple double but yeah but he can't "do everything else". Forget that we judge these guys on their primes but even with full career averages 6/10 scored over 20 a game. A lot more than that in most cases.

For me it is George and Cousins, both are by far the weakest link of either team, but both have to play 24 minutes. That and as much as I like Stockton, Oscar Robertson is just to big of a mismatch. Penny would probably do better against him, but then I would have to play Kidd and Stockton at the same time.

I don't think you are giving Hockey's team it's fair due.
