His team is definitely one of the best assuming he spends wisely at the end. As long as people are realistic regarding the value of Jordan and don't value him at 150% of his real worth, he can be beat though. people tend to view Jordan as immortal because of his Finals record, but remember, he got beat plenty of times.

AS I read the rule, they had to debut in the NBA by 12/31/06 or they are eligible.

Nos said they had to play in 06, so that's how I took it.
