I gotta say I like the pick... I decided on a 5 SF list after Pip was gone... Mullin was too high but on my wish list then in no particular order at the time Iggy, Artest, Bowen, Battier... I felt Iggy had the bigger name but for my team I felt Battier was the best fit and happened to be a 0 cost... IMO his size and defense allows him to play as good as can be expected on all the great SFs in the competition plus his career .384 3pt shooting was crucial... Bowen this close though lol....

Let's be honest....

There are plenty of $0 players better than many of the $1 players. There quite a few guys who got snubbed multiple times, and more like Eaton and Battier who are just high quality role players and never made it. Somehow, they are worse that a player like Kyle Korver who happened to have the stars align during his career year?

Don't get me wrong, Korver is a good role player, but I hope people don't really think that 1 or even 2 allstar appearances automatically makes a player better.

Mark Eaton was a steal for $1. And perfect for these formats, one of the best ever rim protectors and he doesn't need the ball so the is no log jam of scorers.
