Natural Position?

What does that actually mean. Hextall said that all 3 of the rookies playing on the same line are “natural centers”. How can anyone be a natural anything?
I mean, I can see a right handed shot playin on the left side and a left handed shot playing in the right, you can say “natural” in that case, but a natural center? I don’t get it.

I can't stand Leah Hextall but I think you're nitpicking here. I've played center for about 20 years, but can play either wing. I would say center is my natural or normal position.

I’m not trying to knit pick, I’m just saying, in baseball they say the same thing, basketball too. I’m not sure why the word natural is used in this way.
