Nats are in town for a three-game series. I would love to take all three but I'll settle for winning the series.

Burnett has gone W-L-W-L this year against WSH, the last time getting blown out in 1.2 innings with the Phils losing 11-0. It's obvious he's do for a win this time. So tonight Phils win 6-4.

Well wonders never cease. Burnett has not given up a run to the Nats and it is the third inning.

Holy cow, Burnett even has 6Ks. What did they put in the water in Philly?

That was a solidly hit ball but unfortunately it was a line drive that robbed Revere. He is ofer tonight.

Burnett gets his first walk tonight. Normally he gets this much earlier in the game.

This is turned into a pitching duel. Go Figure. This might be a one-run game tonight.

That deep ball by Howard was two feet from gone. Again, what the hell did they put in the water in Philly?

Byrd gets a base hit off the glove of Rendon and we get Howard to third and Byrd on first. Oh geez, Brown is up. Don't eff this up!!

What the hell? Brown gets an RBI and Howard gets home. Phils up 1-0.

Eight Ks for Burnett. It must be the shoes!!

And Burnett is out of his mind tonight. That is 12 Ks and he can move the pitches around. Anything he throws is working except for that HR dinger.
