... much as we see now, that the game is over.

In fact, most Bama fans I've seen (save perhaps for a few transplants from that other board) were gracious in defeat, made no outlandish claims of rolling Clemson, and most Clemson fans have been cool about their victory.

Fans of teams who got whacked in the semifinals or lost their conference title games are the ones crowing the most today.
