Hunter is moron and the ref is an asshole for not giving them the timeout

1. These guys aren't getting paid for this (at least we hope so) and are laying everything on the line. This isn't the NBA where everybody basically does everything perfect.
2. There should not have been a TO granted there.

Officiating has been fine. It's amazing that individuals on both teams have been able to adjusting to making big plays 1 on 1 facing a couple of really good defensive teams.
