Looks like a complete tear which is of course very concerning: "Jack's meniscus was torn completely off the bone and was resewn onto the tibia. "
Myles Jack not fully cleared for scouting combine
Not a big deal IMO that he isn't going 100% at the combine. He would be stupid to risk injury by doing so. Teams don't need to see him in the "underwear Olympics". The biggest thing for him at the combine is the medical checks. If he is 100% before the draft teams can try him out and put him through all the drills they want and decide what they think about a possible re-injury in the future. Next week shouldn't matter much for a guy like him.
