Last two are over 350 when carries and receptions are included....that's quite a load.....there's only a couple here and there that can sustain that over the long haul....maybe he's one.....

I don't think the receptions are as hard on the body as the runs. I see no reason he can't get several more years.

Agreed, to a point. The type of collision that occurs, typically, when a RB is catching the ball on an angle route or a flat route is totally different that when he's banging through the line.

However, hits are hits, and while they may not be AS hard on the body, they are going to take their toll one way or another vs a RB who typically doesn't catch the ball much at all.

Even most of the guys who had HOF type careers had 3-4 years of really top production.....hard to find guys who have 300+ carries for more than 3 consecutive years....Rice is a stud, and I don't mean to diss him at all, but his situation does bear watching, even at his young age (25?)
