I think the coaches are in place might need to replace rb and wr coach but all and all i think are defense coaches are great they are doing good im happy with gruden and are front office but i also think KC needs to go not because he sucks its because money vs we need more help and try to find a legit qb a game changer ( rogers, wentz ) type and with great depth at cb we need to let norman walk then use that money for kirk if we sign him shark will say we have enough money for all that he is right but with money you have more option.. and are drafts are getting better this year draft is very important because its 0 SM and we dont know what to expect at least with SM board we new we will draft hard hitting players etc .. beat dallas the end

Please tell me how the Redskins problems are money related? Most successful NFL teams build via the draft - not via free agency. The best approach to free agency is to use it sparingly & on younger, relatively cheap FAs. No matter how much they spend on Cousins - if they go that route - they will have enough $$ to re-sign their guys and draft picks & perhaps a FA or two.

They also have plenty of talent on the roster - the biggest problem thus far has been injuries & in todays NFL no team can afford to have solid backups at all positions. If any team loses multiple players on one unit (e.g. OL) they are in trouble. If you want to pt out perhaps some issues this offseason - let's take WR. Was that a money issue? Not really. They basically choose Pryor over Garcon or Jackson. That could still work out but if not it will be because of a bad decision - not money.

You & others seem to assume that if the Redskins draft a QB he will automatically become the next Wentz or Prescott when there is a great chance that QB will be average or worse & take time to develop - especially w/ someone like Allen making the choice. It could work but why move on from someone who is doing so well? The idea of getting rid of Norman is beyond stupid.

Coach... name me the BETTER QB.. And if your answer is I dont know but we need to try... then you have also got to accept that the odds are we will get a WORSE QB.

So you think we should just cut a top five CB so we can play another CB that might be good? What happens with Breeland, his contract is up at the end of the season.

So KC is not a blue chip? He is a top ten QB in this league. Norman is a top five CB. You want to,let both of these guys go? Make up your mind.

Yes we could get one of those. Darnold and Rosen will be top five picks. What prevents us from drafting a QB available to us in the first and signing KC? I am a huge Baker Mayfield guy. I was touting him when you were calling Rosen the chosen one. He will likely be available in round 2. We can still get him and keep KC.

I don't have near the confidence in Kirk that some here have, and there's been some hyperbole associated with him of late, but no matter what you or I or anyone thinks of Cuz. He's one of 3 offensive skill players that has consistently produced this season. Along with Chris Thompson, Kirk has been a blue chip player for us.

lets back track a little bit so what is kirk value for 2018 24 -30 mill a year at best with kirk we are around 7 to 10 wins i think we can win 7 to 10 games with a solid rookie same results with 1/4 of the cost yes money is not the problem but you need it to land that 1 or 2 players , example giants say fuck odell beckham he gets release fuck yeah you need money to be in play yes you build through the draft 100 pecent agree but whats the point of drafting maroo fuller and having dunbar if you keep breeland and norman ? you let breeland walk you cut norman thats like what 16 million you can use on kirk plus whatever else he wants bump maroo and fuller and dunbar up then you can still draft a legit cbs in the first rd if thats the BPA we would not lose a beet 1/3 of the cost you draft for depth to replace your high price free agent thats on your team keep moving

keeping kirk is just as risky because year after year your passing up on good qb talent but yet we dont make it to playoffs every year

No they do not. They wait until the player is about to decline. They keep their best players...Brady, Gronk, Edelman, Wilfork forever, etc.

Yes they gave up Seymour, but got a first rounder for him. If we can get a first for Breeland, perhaps.
