Told you Vick would be back with Philly. I would be surprised if KC traded for Foles.

Why on earth would Philly trade Foles to KC? Foles has been on the team, had playing time, young, decent looking QB, with lots of room to grow. I can't imagine Philly would trade him.

You were right about Vick, but I was pretty sure Vick would want to explore potential career ending contracts at his age.

Because I don't think Foles is the kind of QB Kelly wants to run his offense. And I think Reid might give up a decent pick to get him.

I don't think Kelly is going to be so quick to trade him before he even has a chance to meet him, see what he is capable of doing and so forth.

Unless Reid is parting with the #33-34 pick, then I don't think Foles will be traded.

If youre Reid and you like Foles better than the QBs in the draft, you give up your 2nd rounder for him.

I've got Glennon as my #2 QB and a mid 1st round guy.

I said Geno would go #1 a few months ago and Tubbs called me names.

I don't doubt the kid will go in the first round..... I just doubt that he belongs in the first round. This is why the league continues to parade out talents like Blaine Gabbert.

I did no such think. Geno has been my #1 QB all year. I don't think he will go #1 but there is a chance he does. Vance may have called you names but I didn't. I probably agreed with you.

I see no problem with him going in the 1st. He is WAY more talented than Gabbert. If Glennon had half the weapons that Barkley or Geno had, he might have thrown 50 TDs this year. His only real question is his footwork and that can be fixed.

I don't understand how you come to this conclusion. Blaine Gabbert was taken in the top 10 a draft that the experts thought was 'strong' for quarterbacks. Blaine Gabbert had a similar profile to Glennon -- Big kid with a strong arm and absolutely no pocket presence to pair with terrible foot work.

I just don't see it.

BTW -- It way everyone's favorite, Mike Mayock, that had the biggest hard-on for Gabbert.

Just from watching tape on both of them. Gabbert doesn't have a big arm. He is a big guy, bun not a great arm. Glennon has a rocket and had good pocket presence akd awareness, just his footwork needs work. Gabbert couldn't put up any stats at all in an offense Chase Daniels was great in. Glennon put up good stats with no talent. I see him more as Joe Flacco.

Well sure, it's easy to look at Gabbert now and say he sucks, but more than one scout raved about his talent going into the draft. In fact, I'm willing to bet that Gabbert's overall draft grade from two years ago will be higher than the grade given to Glennon (or at least an average grade from the talking heads most frequently cited).

Regardless, I respect your opinion on Glennon, I just don't agree.... I've seen the Flacco comparisons but I don't buy them. The few times I saw Glennon he looks awkward..... Maybe he can be taught, but I'm not high on him.

Lets not compare himtp Flacco no. Lets not forget, before this year, more specifically this playoffs no one really feared him. He was very always his rookie year.

Gabbert is talented. He's pretty much prototypical physically and he can sling it. His problem is that he's a huge pansy.
